B4 Baby prepares couples for parenthood


ABERDEEN, S.D. — Couples considering parenthood or in the early stages of pregnancy can meet with experts in prenatal planning at Sanford Aberdeen’s free B4 Baby open house on April 10 at 6:30 p.m.

Presented by the Sanford Aberdeen Women’s Center, B4 Baby gathers doctors, nurses, dietitians, financial assistants, pharmacists and fitness experts at Sanford Aberdeen Medical Center for potential or expecting parents to collect practical advice about pregnancy. Attendees will also have a chance to tour the birth suites at Sanford Aberdeen.

The event addresses topics like nutrition and exercise in pregnancy, breastfeeding, selecting a health care provider, birthing options, childbirth classes and expenses to expect before and after birth.
